Renovation of Building 17 includes both exterior and interior works. After being unused for a number of years, the listed building was renovated to provide research offices for Department of Drug Design and Pharmacology.
The existing building is a primary concrete structure with 4 floors and a roof. The facades are natural stone clad with travertine.
Exterior renovation
The exterior works consist of the renovation of the travertine clad facade and zinc roof.
Interior renovation
The interior works consist of fitting out offices, workshops, the establishment of changing and bathing facilities and a dining room.
