The townhouses are set like poles in the landscape, so all homes have views of the lake and the surrounding green space. The multi-storey building is located on the ridge where the old farm used to be and has both a view of Holbæk Fjord and a view of the lake. This means that no home is in the "first" or "second" row.

Orientation

The orientation of the sun has been taken into account so that both viewing and sun orientation are taken into account as much as possible. The gardens are located either southeast, south or southwest.
