Mikkelsen Architects prequalified for TE02B; Sterile centre and warehouse at University Hospital Køge
Mikkelsen Architects, together with general contractor EK Entreprise, Øllgaard Consulting Engineers and with Rambøll as technical consultant, has been prequalified to bid for the construction of a new Sterile Processing Centre and warehouse at Køge University Hospital.
The new sterile centre and warehouse will be designed with a high level of logistics and flow that will contribute to efficient operations and a good working environment in the hospital. Likewise, bidders must offer a task solution that includes, in both price and design, a warehousing solution, which should be as fully automated as possible.
The client would like bidders to offer a flexible and future-proof solution in terms of the employees' working environment, the hospital's costs and maintenance, and the resource and capacity changes that all major hospitals must always report in their planning.
