Kedelhuset, Dansehallerne is among the five finalists nominated for Arne of the Year 2025
We are pleased to announce that our project Dansehallerne in Kedelhuset, Carlsbergbyen, has been nominated for Arne of the Year 2025. The project is among the five finalists nominated for the architecture award.
Nominations, nominations and awards
Arne of the Year was established in 2007 and is awarded to completed works that have enhanced architecture in the geographical area of Architects' Association Copenhagen in the past year.
During October, works from all over the metropolitan area were nominated for Arne 2025, and Dansehallerne was one of 23 selected projects in the running for the prestigious architecture award. Now the members of Architects' Association Copenhagen have nominated our project Kedelhuset, Dansehallerne on the shortlist for the architecture award Arne 2025.
The further process consists of visits with the jury and presentation of the works with guest critics. On January 31, 2025, the local board of the Danish Architects' Association in Copenhagen will host a New Year's Eve party and the event 'Celebration and Criticism'. Here, the nominated works will be celebrated with a presentation for the association's members, after which a final winner will be chosen.
