The task of the University of Copenhagen, Campus Service (CAS) includes a 4-year framework agreement for total consultancy.

The assignment covers building inspection, maintenance, renovation, refurbishment and new construction of teaching, research and canteen premises as well as auditoriums/rooms in operation at the Faculty of Humanities, Faculty of Science and Life Sciences and Faculty of Law and Theology at the University of Copenhagen, South Campus.

MIKKELSEN ARKITEKTER provides construction management, client consultancy, process consultancy, overall and architectural consultancy, building inspection, professional supervision, facility management and operation and maintenance of the faculty's buildings in a consortium with MOE.

Subtasks
The task includes numerous subtasks per year, each with its own fee and case number, including administration and management of these. The work is distributed over the faculty buildings SC 1, SC 2 and SC 3 on Amager.

SC 1: Conversion of ex. library into a new function with open office facilities. Acoustics and new indoor climate solutions. MIKKELSEN ARKITEKTER provided architectural consultancy, construction management and Occupational Health B.

SC 2: Renovation of access conditions to improve indoor climate conditions, renovation of access roads in relation to fire conditions.

SC 3: Advice on tenancy issues relating to conversions, including fire, acoustics and indoor climate.
